From my initial enquiry on his website all the way through to the completion of the job, Rob has been so professional, accommodating, kind and very patient with our needs for our shower tray to be resurfaced. He was super responsive and quick to attend to my questions and emails, and also provided a very reasonable quote for the amount of work he carried out.
He was incredibly punctual on the day of the job, gave me a complete run-down on what he was going to do and explained the process thoroughly.
Rob was also very kind and courteous towards my parents who aren’t very fluent in English, and also so friendly with our small dog, making sure that our dog was secure before he came in and out of the house with his materials and tools.
The end product of what he did with our shower tray was immaculate and just looks brand new. We are in awe.
